【摘要】：目的探討中頻脈沖療法輔助治療骨質(zhì)疏松性橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折的臨床效果及其可能的作用機(jī)制。方法將90例骨質(zhì)疏松性橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組及對照組,每組45例。對照組手法牽引復(fù)位、石膏固定后給予消炎、止痛、抗骨質(zhì)疏松等常規(guī)治療,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予中頻脈沖治療,30 min/次,2次/d;兩組療程均為45天。兩組治療后行腕關(guān)節(jié)正側(cè)位X線檢查,記錄骨痂量化評分;采用ELISA法檢測治療前后血清骨硬化蛋白(SO)水平;記錄兩組治療期間不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果觀察組治療后骨痂量化評分為(3.52±0.33)分,對照組為(2.21±0.41)分,兩組比較P0.05。觀察組治療前后血清SO水平分別為(375.13±79.80)、(259.10±48.95)pg/m L,對照組分別為(377.20±84.08)、(308.56±58.74)pg/m L;與治療前比較,兩組治療后血清SO水平均降低,但觀察組降低更明顯(P均0.05)。兩組治療期間均無皮膚紅腫、感覺減退、局部疼痛等不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論中頻脈沖療法輔助治療可促進(jìn)骨質(zhì)疏松性橈骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折愈合,其機(jī)制可能與降低血清SO水平有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and possible mechanism of intermediate frequency pulse therapy in the treatment of osteoporotic distal radius fractures. Methods 90 patients with osteoporotic distal radius fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group of 45 cases. Control group manual traction reduction, plaster fixation after anti-inflammatory, pain relief, anti-osteoporosis and other routine treatment, On this basis, the observation group was treated with intermediate frequency pulse therapy for 30 min/ twice a day, and the course of treatment in both groups was 45 days. After the treatment, the carpal joint X-ray examination was performed and the callus quantitative score was recorded. The level of serum osteosclerotic protein (so) was measured by ELISA method before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded. Results the quantitative score of callus after treatment was 3.52 鹵0.33 in the observation group and 2.21 鹵0.41 in the control group. Before and after treatment, the serum so levels in the observation group and the control group were 375.13 鹵79.80 鹵259.10 鹵48.95)pg/m / L and 308.56 鹵58.74)pg/m / L, respectively, compared with those before and after treatment, but the decrease was more significant in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Intermediate frequency pulse therapy can promote the healing of osteoporotic distal radius fractures, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum so level.
