【摘要】：目的為臨床設(shè)計(jì)切取腕橫紋皮瓣提供解剖學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。方法選取6只新鮮手標(biāo)本進(jìn)行紅色乳膠灌注,解剖觀察橈動(dòng)脈掌淺支的走行及皮支分布規(guī)律和特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果橈動(dòng)脈掌淺支于橈骨莖突掌尺側(cè)自橈動(dòng)脈發(fā)出,起始處直徑(1.26±0.36)mm,向魚(yú)際肌走行。橈動(dòng)脈掌淺支于舟骨結(jié)節(jié)近側(cè)中間腕橫紋處發(fā)出皮支,皮支發(fā)出處直徑(0.23±0.06)mm,供養(yǎng)腕橫紋皮膚。結(jié)論以橈動(dòng)脈掌淺支腕橫紋皮支供血,以腕橫紋皮膚為供區(qū)切取游離皮瓣或帶蒂轉(zhuǎn)移可以修復(fù)手部皮膚軟組織缺損,該術(shù)式具有血供可靠、不犧牲主干血管,切取安全等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide anatomic basis for the clinical design of the transverse carpal flap. Methods six fresh hand specimens were perfused with red latex. The pattern and distribution of the superficial metacarpal branch of radial artery were observed. Results the superficial palmar branch of radial artery originated from the ulnar side of the metacarpal artery of the styloid process of the radius. The diameter of the starting point is 1.26 鹵0.36 mm, and it runs towards the thenar muscle. The superficial palmar branch of the radial artery sends out a cutaneous branch at the middle transverse stripe of the wrist near the scaphoid tubercle, and the diameter of the cutaneous branch of the cutaneous branch is 0.23 鹵0.06 mm to support the skin of the transverse carpal stripe. Conclusion the superficial branch of the radial artery provides blood supply for the cutaneous branch of the transverse stripe carpal of the superficial palmar branch of the radial artery. The free skin flap or pedicle transfer can be used to repair the soft tissue defect of the hand. The operation has the advantages of reliable blood supply, no sacrificing of the main blood vessels, and the removal of safety.
