【摘要】：目的報(bào)道脂肪剝離、吸脂加小切口一次性去脂整形治療皮瓣術(shù)后臃腫的方法。方法2002年7月至2013年5月共112例患者,在我科接受脂肪剝離及吸脂加小切口一次性去除皮瓣內(nèi)所有脂肪及筋膜組織。結(jié)果本組112例患者,111例術(shù)后皮瓣血運(yùn)良好,外觀滿意,感覺功能早期恢復(fù)。僅有1例皮瓣表層壞死,經(jīng)換藥后愈合。本組隨訪1~10年,無復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論脂肪剝離加吸脂結(jié)合小切口去脂治療皮瓣術(shù)后臃腫臨床療效好,操作簡(jiǎn)單,安全性高,值得臨床應(yīng)用和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to report the fat off method of liposuction and small incision disposable plastic treatment of flap bloated fat. Methods from July 2002 to May 2013 a total of 112 patients receiving fat, peeling and liposuction and small incision in the skin flap all one-time removal of fat and connective tissue in our department. The results of the 112 patients, 111 cases of postoperative flap blood supply good, satisfactory appearance, sensory function of early recovery. Only 1 cases of flap superficial necrosis and healed after dressing changes. This was followed up for 1~10 years, no recurrence. Conclusion the fat peel and liposuction combined with bloated clinical efficacy, postoperative treatment of small incision fat flap has the advantages of simple operation, high safety, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
