【摘要】：目的探討關(guān)節(jié)鏡下同種異體半月板移植治療半月板撕裂損傷的中期臨床療效。方法選取2011年5月至2014年5月,在該室采用關(guān)節(jié)鏡下同種異體半月板移植治療6例半月板撕裂損傷患者,其中男5例,女1例。年齡分別為36、37、39、41、42、45歲。4例外側(cè)半月板移植,2例內(nèi)側(cè)半月板移植。隨訪包括患者術(shù)后關(guān)節(jié)癥狀及體征,Lysholm評(píng)分、膝關(guān)節(jié)X線片及磁共振(MRI)檢查等。結(jié)果隨訪時(shí)間24~36個(gè)月,5例無關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、腫脹等,關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)度正常。1例關(guān)節(jié)反復(fù)積液,效果不滿意。MRI提示5例半月板存活良好,1例半月板退變嚴(yán)重。結(jié)論關(guān)節(jié)鏡下同種異體半月板移植術(shù)后中期臨床效果良好,可以顯著緩解膝關(guān)節(jié)疼痛,是治療半月板嚴(yán)重撕裂損傷較好的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the medium-term clinical effect of meniscus allograft transplantation in the treatment of meniscus tear injury under arthroscopy. Methods May 2011 to May 2014 were selected. Arthroscopic meniscus allografts were used to treat 6 patients with meniscus tear injury, including 5 males. One female, aged 36 / 37, 41 / 42 / 45 years old respectively, 4 cases with lateral meniscus transplantation and 2 cases with medial meniscus transplantation. The follow-up included postoperative joint symptoms and signs and Lysholm score. Results during the follow-up period of 24 ~ 36 months, 5 cases had no joint pain, swelling, and normal range of motion. 1 cases had recurrent fluid accumulation. MRI showed that 5 cases of meniscus survived well and 1 case had severe meniscus degeneration. Conclusion the clinical effect of arthroscopic meniscus allograft transplantation in the middle stage is good and can significantly relieve the pain of knee joint. It is a better method to treat meniscus severe tear injury.
