【摘要】：目的:評價(jià)我院住院患者麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥的應(yīng)用情況,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:對我院2013-2016年住院患者常用麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥的銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)和排序比(B/A)等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:我院2013-2016年住院患者麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥共有13個(gè)品規(guī)。銷售金額排名前3位的藥品為芬太尼透皮貼劑(8.4 mg)、鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(20 mg)和芬太尼透皮貼劑(4.2 mg);DDDs排名前2位的藥品為芬太尼透皮貼劑(4.2 mg)和芬太尼透皮貼劑(8.4 mg);鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(10、20 mg)的DDC在350～370元,位于第1、2位。鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(10、20 mg)的B/A值0.50,鹽酸布桂嗪注射液、阿桔片的B/A值1.50,其他藥品的B/A值多在0.50～1.50。結(jié)論:我院2013-2016年麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥的用藥趨勢基本一致,臨床應(yīng)用基本合理。嗎啡緩釋片和芬太尼透皮貼劑已經(jīng)成為臨床醫(yī)師治療疼痛的首選。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the application of anesthetic analgesics in our hospital and to provide reference for rational use of anaesthetic drugs in clinic. Results: there were 13 items of anaesthetic analgesics in our hospital from 2013 to 2016. The top 3 drugs were fentanyl transdermal patch (8.4 mg / L), Fentanyl transdermal patch (8.4 mg / L), and so on. The DDC of hydroxycodone sustained-release tablets 20 mg) and fentanyl transdermal patch (4.2 mg) and fentanyl transdermal patch (1020 mg) and fentanyl (1020 mg) were 350,370 yuan, respectively. The B / A value of hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets was 0.50, the B / A value of cinnamazine hydrochloride injection and Akiu tablet was 1.50, and the B / A value of other drugs was 0.50 ~ 1.50.Conclusion: the trend of anesthetic analgesics in our hospital from 2013 to 2016 is basically the same. Morphine sustained-release tablets and fentanyl transdermal patch have become the first choice for clinicians to treat pain.
