【摘要】：正腹壁切口疝和造口旁疝分別是開腹手術(shù)和腸造口手術(shù)最常見的并發(fā)癥之一,外科治療較為困難,修補(bǔ)手術(shù)并發(fā)癥較多。福建醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬協(xié)和醫(yī)院基本外科收治1例巨大切口疝合并造口旁疝病人。現(xiàn)將其手術(shù)及術(shù)后復(fù)雜并發(fā)癥的處理過程報(bào)告如下。1病歷簡介病人男性,71歲。因"直腸癌術(shù)后14年,左下腹腸造口旁腫物13年,下腹壁腫物13年伴皮膚破潰1 d"為主訴,于2011-10-20急診入院。身體檢查:下腹正中可見一長約
[Abstract]:Incisional hernia and para-stomal hernia are the most common complications of laparotomy and enterostomy respectively, and surgical treatment is difficult. There are many complications in repair. A case of giant incisional hernia combined with parastatal hernia was treated in the Department of basic surgery, Xianhe Hospital, Fujian Medical University. This paper reports the procedure of operation and complicated postoperative complications as follows: 1 case. The patient was 71 years old.
