【摘要】：目的:探討自體肋軟鼻綜合整形術(shù)中避免鼻背肋軟骨偏曲的方法。對不同處理方式的手術(shù)效果進行評價。方法:從2014年12月到2016年1月米蘭柏羽整形醫(yī)院應用手風琴技術(shù)的85例鼻綜合整形患者中隨機選取年齡介于18歲到35歲之間的女性30例。平均年齡25.45歲。從2013年12月到2014年10月米蘭柏羽整形醫(yī)院應用同心圓法的91例鼻綜合整形患者中隨機選取年齡介于18歲到35歲之間的女性30例。平均年齡26.78歲。本研究分別于術(shù)前、術(shù)后1周、2周、1個月、3個月、6個月,采用優(yōu)化平面拍照測量法,對照片進行標準化攝取,使用Photoshop CS和IPP圖像處理軟件(Image-Pro Plus 6.0)精確測量每張照片的彎曲度。6個月后采用電話隨訪形式。觀察對比療效,再經(jīng)手術(shù)醫(yī)生和患者本人共同評估手術(shù)效果,同時觀察術(shù)后并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果:術(shù)后隨訪12個月,手風琴組有1例稍有偏曲,但無需進行二次修復手術(shù);同心圓組有8例發(fā)生偏曲,6例稍有偏曲,2例因發(fā)生嚴重偏曲進行了二次修復手術(shù),有1例因皮膚菲薄導致鼻背部觸感較差。結(jié)論:自體肋軟骨鼻綜合整形術(shù)中,使用肋軟骨表面劃痕手風琴技術(shù),獲得較滿意的效果,并能減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。平面照相測量法的優(yōu)化,可科學、快速、直觀地評估鼻部形態(tài)、變形程度以及手術(shù)修復效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the method of avoiding deviation of nasal dorsal costal cartilage in comprehensive rhinoplasty with autocostal soft nose. To evaluate the operative effect of different treatment methods. Methods: from December 2014 to January 2016, Peuyu plastic Hospital in Milan applied hand. From 85 patients with organ technique, 30 women aged between 18 and 35 years were randomly selected. The mean age was 25.45 years. From December 2013 to October 2014, 91 cases were treated with concentric circle method at Peuyu plastic Hospital in Milan. Thirty women aged between 18 and 35 years with an average age of 26.78 years were randomly selected from patients with rhinoplasty. After 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months. Photoshop CS and IPP image processing software (image-Pro Plus 6.0) were used to accurately measure the curvature of each photograph. After 6 months of follow-up, the therapeutic effect was observed and compared, and the surgical effect was evaluated by the surgeon and the patient. Results: 1 case in accordion group was slightly deviated, but no secondary repair operation was needed. In the concentric circle group, there were 8 cases with slight deviation, 2 cases with severe deviation, 2 cases with secondary repair, and 1 case with poor sense of touch due to thin skin. Conclusion: in the rhinoplasty of autologous costal cartilage, Using the technique of accordion scratching on the surface of costal cartilage, satisfactory results can be obtained, and postoperative complications can be reduced. The optimization of plane photography method can scientifically, quickly and intuitively evaluate the nasal shape. Degree of deformation and effect of surgical repair.
