【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)帶狀肌間入路處理甲狀腺上極的可行性與優(yōu)勢。方法回顧性分析2016年4-10月河南省腫瘤醫(yī)院甲狀腺頭頸外科按照頸前帶狀肌間入路所行的55例(86例次)甲狀腺葉切除術(shù)病人臨床資料,統(tǒng)計(jì)術(shù)中喉上神經(jīng)的顯露情況以及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥。結(jié)果喉上神經(jīng)外側(cè)支顯露率96.5%(83/86)。所有病人均無聲音低沉等喉上神經(jīng)外側(cè)支損傷癥狀,全組病人無永久性甲狀旁腺功能低下發(fā)生。結(jié)論經(jīng)頸前帶狀肌間的自然間隙入路顯露上極,能擴(kuò)大術(shù)野,更安全地處理上極,可提高手術(shù)的安全性。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the feasibility and advantages of intermuscular approach for the treatment of the upper thyroid region. Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of thyroid head and neck surgery performed by anterior cervical intermuscular approach in Henan Provincial Cancer Hospital from April to October 2016 was performed. Clinical data of patients undergoing thyroidectomy, Results the exposure rate of the lateral branch of the superior laryngeal nerve was 96. 5% or 83 / 86%. All the patients had no syndromes of the injury of the lateral branch of the superior laryngeal nerve. There was no permanent hypoparathyroidism in all patients. Conclusion the superior pole can be exposed via the natural space between the anterior band muscles of the neck, the surgical field can be enlarged, the upper pole can be treated more safely, and the safety of the operation can be improved.
