【摘要】：正下肢假肢是下肢截肢患者用于支撐體重、代償運(yùn)動(dòng)功能、恢復(fù)日常生活和工作的特殊器具~[1]。1986年中川昭夫等提出了基于微處理器的控制氣動(dòng)式擺動(dòng)相的膝關(guān)節(jié),并公開了這個(gè)技術(shù)。1990年英國(guó)布萊切福特公司獲得了此項(xiàng)技術(shù)的許可,研制出來世界上第一款智能假肢:IP,這種膝關(guān)節(jié)使用了微處理器芯片以及傳感器對(duì)步行進(jìn)行控制~[2]。最初關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)置微處理器能控制步行周期中的支撐相或者擺動(dòng)相關(guān)節(jié)阻尼,之后隨著研發(fā)的進(jìn)行,膝關(guān)節(jié)更加的智能,截肢者能以
