【摘要】：目的 :探討關(guān)節(jié)鏡下分期治療膝關(guān)節(jié)多發(fā)韌帶損傷的臨床療效。方法 :2006年3月至2012年6月,關(guān)節(jié)鏡下分期治療膝關(guān)節(jié)多發(fā)韌帶損傷14例(14膝)。男8例,女6例;年齡20~49歲,平均(31.8±8.1)歲�；颊呔蠿線、MR檢查,提示10例前交叉韌帶、后交叉韌帶及內(nèi)側(cè)副韌帶損傷,4例前交叉韌帶、后交叉韌帶及后外側(cè)角損傷。合并內(nèi)側(cè)半月板損傷4例,外側(cè)半月板損傷2例。Ⅰ期手術(shù)治療內(nèi)側(cè)副韌帶損傷、后交叉韌帶及半月板,術(shù)后固定3周后開始主被動功能鍛煉,3~6個月后膝關(guān)節(jié)活動范圍正常且存在明顯松弛時Ⅱ期重建前交叉韌帶和(或)后交叉韌帶。結(jié)果:術(shù)后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,無感染等手術(shù)相關(guān)并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。患者均獲隨訪,時間24~80個月,平均48.9個月。末次隨訪時膝關(guān)節(jié)Lysholm評分達87.1±2.8,優(yōu)于術(shù)前19.6±0.9(t=12.3,P0.01)。國際膝關(guān)節(jié)評分委員會(International Knee Documentation Committee,IKDC)評級:9例接近正常,5例異常。結(jié)論 :關(guān)節(jié)鏡下分期治療膝關(guān)節(jié)多發(fā)韌帶損傷能有效恢復(fù)膝關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性和功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic staging in the treatment of multiple ligament injury of knee joint. Methods: from March 2006 to June 2012, 14 patients with multiple ligament injury of knee joint were treated by arthroscopic staging. The mean age was 31. 8 鹵8. 1 years old.
