早發(fā)型脊柱側(cè)彎的治療研究與新進展

【摘要】:背景:早發(fā)型脊柱側(cè)彎是一種嚴重危害幼兒脊柱生長及心肺功能發(fā)育的疾病,該病的治療向來是許多臨床科研工作者關(guān)注的焦點。目的:分析早發(fā)型脊柱側(cè)彎的治療方法,重點對早發(fā)型脊柱側(cè)彎的脊柱融合、脊柱非融合、傳統(tǒng)生長棒技術(shù)及磁控生長棒技術(shù)進行了探討。方法:檢索PubM ed、CENTRAL、EMbase、the ISI Web of Knowledge Databases、VIP、CNKI、CBM和萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫從建庫至2016年3月相關(guān)文獻。英文檢索詞:scoliosis,growing rod,complications;中文檢索詞:脊柱側(cè)彎,生長棒,并發(fā)癥。對納入的54篇文獻進行分析討論。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:對于早發(fā)型脊柱側(cè)彎患兒,不僅需要有效的矯正脊柱畸形,還需要保持脊柱的生長能力,緩解胸廓對胸腔內(nèi)臟器的壓迫,進而維持心肺功能。早發(fā)型脊柱側(cè)彎的治療,除了傳統(tǒng)的保守治療,手術(shù)治療(脊柱融合術(shù),生長棒技術(shù)等),還包括一種新型的體外磁控生長棒技術(shù)。全面了解外科治療對早發(fā)型脊柱側(cè)彎患兒脊柱生長及心肺功能的影響,將有助于防止相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,以獲得較好的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Background: early onset scoliosis is a disease that seriously endangers the growth of spine and the development of cardiopulmonary function. The treatment of early onset scoliosis has always been the focus of many clinical researchers. Objective: to analyze the treatment of early onset scoliosis. Focus on early onset scoliosis spinal fusion, spinal non-fusion, Methods: the traditional growth bar technique and the magnetically controlled growth bar technique were studied. Methods: the ISI Web of Knowledge databases VIPVICBM and the relevant documents of Wanfang database were searched from the establishment of the database to March 2016. The English key words were: Scoliosissis chinensis growth problems; Chinese key words: scoliosis, growth rod, Complications. 54 articles included were analyzed and discussed. Results and conclusions: for children with early onset scoliosis, it is necessary not only to correct the deformities of the spine effectively, but also to maintain the growth ability of the spine. The treatment of early onset scoliosis, in addition to traditional conservative treatment, surgical treatment (spinal fusion, Growth rod technology, including a new in vitro magnetically controlled growth rod technique, will help prevent related complications by comprehensively understanding the effects of surgical treatment on spinal growth and cardiopulmonary function in children with early onset scoliosis. In order to obtain better therapeutic effect.
