【摘要】：[目的]采用簡體中文版脊柱側(cè)凸研究學(xué)會22項(Scoliosis Research Society-22,SRS-22)量表對青少年特發(fā)性脊柱側(cè)凸(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)患者術(shù)后生存質(zhì)量進行評估,探討當(dāng)前城鄉(xiāng)差異對青少年特發(fā)性脊柱側(cè)凸患者術(shù)后SRS-22量表評分的影響及其原因。[方法]將128例AIS術(shù)后患者分為兩組,城市組68例(男14例,女54例),農(nóng)村組60例(男11例,女49例),平均隨訪時間4.2年。兩組在性別、年齡、隨訪時間、術(shù)前主彎Cobb角、末次隨訪殘余Cobb角等方面差異無顯著意義(P0.05)。所有患者均填寫一份簡體中文版SRS-22量表,比較兩組SRS-22量表中各個條目和各個維度得分以及總得分之間的差異。[結(jié)果]城市組與農(nóng)村組在功能/活動度維度條目12、15、18,自我形象/外觀維度條目4、6、10、14上的得分差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);城市組自我形象/外觀維度的得分低于農(nóng)村組(P0.05);兩組在功能/活動度、疼痛、精神健康、治療滿意度維度的得分及總得分方面差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]當(dāng)前城鄉(xiāng)差異仍會對AIS患者術(shù)后SRS-22量表的評分結(jié)果產(chǎn)生影響且結(jié)果具有新的特征,使用SRS-22量表對青少年特發(fā)性脊柱側(cè)凸患者術(shù)后生存質(zhì)量進行評估時仍不能忽略當(dāng)前城鄉(xiāng)差異的影響。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the postoperative quality of life (QOL) of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by using the simplified Chinese version of 22 items of Scoliosis Research Society-22SRS-22. To investigate the influence of urban and rural differences on postoperative SRS-22 score of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients and its causes. [methods] 128 cases of AIS patients were divided into two groups: 68 cases in urban group (14 males, 54 females), 60 cases in rural group (11 males). The average follow-up time of 49 female patients was 4.2 years. There was no significant difference between the two groups in sex, age, follow-up time, Cobb angle of main curvature before operation, residual Cobb angle of the last follow-up, etc. All the patients completed a simplified Chinese version of SRS-22 scale. [results] the differences between urban group and rural group in functional / activity dimension item 1215 / 18, self image / appearance dimension item 4 / 6 / 1014 were compared between the two groups. [results] the difference between the two groups in the scores of each item, each dimension and the total score. [results]. The score of self-image / appearance dimension in urban group was lower than that in rural group. There was no significant difference in the scores of pain, mental health, treatment satisfaction and total score (P 0.05). [conclusion] the difference between urban and rural areas will still affect the score of SRS-22 scale in patients with AIS after operation, and the results have new characteristics. Using SRS-22 scale to evaluate the quality of life of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients can not ignore the influence of current urban and rural differences.
