【摘要】：股骨頸骨折是最常見的骨折之一,老齡化社會(huì)的進(jìn)程不斷加快,導(dǎo)致股骨頸骨折也呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì)。醫(yī)務(wù)工作者也越來越重視對(duì)股骨頸骨折的研究。從病因、診斷、治療、預(yù)后等方面有了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。其常用治療方法有保守治療和手術(shù)治療,后者又包括內(nèi)固定治療和髖關(guān)節(jié)置換。現(xiàn)階段對(duì)于青壯年的股骨頸骨折,應(yīng)用動(dòng)力髖螺釘和空心加壓螺釘較為普遍,其中穩(wěn)定性骨折應(yīng)用空心釘治療已經(jīng)成為共識(shí),而不穩(wěn)定骨折的治療爭(zhēng)議較大;對(duì)于老年患者,應(yīng)用髖關(guān)節(jié)置換較多。本文將針對(duì)股骨頸骨折的各方面最新研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Fracture of the femoral neck fracture is one of the most common, the aging society continues to accelerate the process, leading to increased femoral neck fractures. Medical workers also pay more attention to the research of femoral neck fractures. The etiology, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and other aspects have made great progress. The commonly used treatment methods include conservative treatment and operation the treatment, the latter including internal fixation and hip replacement. At this stage for young adult femoral neck fracture, dynamic hip screw and cannulated screws is more common, the stability of fracture with hollow screw in the treatment has become a consensus, but the treatment of unstable fractures are controversial; for elderly patients with hip replacement more application this paper will review. According to the latest research progress of the femoral neck fracture.
