【摘要】：正類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)并寰樞椎關(guān)節(jié)脫位并不少見(jiàn),但未引起廣泛重視,現(xiàn)報(bào)道本病致死亡的病案1例,并對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)。1病例資料患者,女,59歲。因反復(fù)多關(guān)節(jié)腫痛10年余,再發(fā)伴頭痛3 d于2015年12月21日入院�；颊�10余年前無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)多關(guān)節(jié)痛,漸起指間關(guān)節(jié)、腕關(guān)節(jié)、肘關(guān)節(jié)、雙側(cè)肩關(guān)節(jié)、膝關(guān)節(jié)、顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)疼痛,對(duì)稱性,以雙側(cè)腕膝關(guān)節(jié)明
[Abstract]:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and atlantoaxial dislocation are not uncommon, but they have not attracted much attention. One case of death caused by rheumatoid arthritis is reported. The woman was 59 years old. She was admitted to hospital on December 21st 2015 because of multiple joint swelling and pain for more than 10 years. The patient had no obvious inducement of multiple joint pain more than 10 years ago, and developed interphalangeal joint, wrist joint, elbow joint, bilateral shoulder joint and knee joint.
