【摘要】：2016年4月,美國代謝與減重手術(shù)學會就代謝與減重手術(shù)的長期生存獲益、胃內(nèi)球囊和迷走神經(jīng)阻斷治療病態(tài)肥胖癥等闡述最新原則立場。該系列聲明認為,越來越多的臨床證據(jù)表明減重和代謝手術(shù)是病態(tài)肥胖癥最有效的治療手段,并著重強調(diào)了長期的減重和生存獲益是手術(shù)區(qū)別于非手術(shù)治療手段的主要優(yōu)勢;根據(jù)美國胃腸道和內(nèi)鏡外科醫(yī)師協(xié)會提供的資料,胃內(nèi)球囊可以有效、安全地治療肥胖癥;基于目前的短期證據(jù),作為一種新型減重裝置,迷走神經(jīng)阻斷裝置適用于BMI為35~45的病人,但其減重效果的長期有效性和病人耐受性仍有待繼續(xù)觀察。
[Abstract]:In April 2016, the American Society of metabolic and bariatric surgery for metabolic and bariatric surgery long-term survival benefit, intragastric balloon and vagotomy for morbid obesity such as the latest stance. This series of statements that, more and more clinical evidences show that bariatric and metabolic surgery is the most effective treatment for morbid obesity, and emphasizes the importance of long-term weight loss and survival benefit is the main advantage of operation is different from the non operative treatment methods; according to the gastrointestinal and endoscopic surgeons Association, the intragastric balloon can effectively and safely treat obesity; short term based on the current evidence, as a new type of weight reducing device, the vagus nerve blocking device is suitable for BMI 35~45 patients but the weight loss effect, long-term efficacy and patient tolerance still need to continue to observe.
