【摘要】：目的對比及分析單純髕內(nèi)側(cè)滑膜皺襞綜合征在不同方案治療下的療效差異。方法所取病例來自該院2011年1月-2015年1月診斷為單純單側(cè)髕內(nèi)側(cè)滑膜皺襞綜合征的患者,共計147例。根據(jù)治療方法不同,將其分成A、B、C組,每組49例;根據(jù)年齡差異,各組內(nèi)又分為青年及中老年組。A組采用藥物及物理治療;B組則定期行關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)注射治療;C組采用關(guān)節(jié)鏡手術(shù)治療。所有患者治療前及隨訪時均采用膝關(guān)節(jié)Lysholm評分進行評估,并進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果所有患者均獲得平均11個月(9~13個月)隨訪,無神經(jīng)血管損傷及感染發(fā)生。治療前,A、B、C 3組組間的Lysholm評分的差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=0.08,P=0.926)。治療后,A、B、C 3組末次隨訪的組間的Lysholm評分差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=15.48,P=0.001)。A、B、C 3組治療后Lysholm評分比治療前均有提高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t_A=3.43,t_B=6.74,t_C=7.99,均P=0.001)。在Lysholm評分變化幅度中,C組B組A組(F=66.43,t_(AB)=5.97,t_(AC)=11.52,t_(BC)=5.55,均P=0.001),總體青年組大于總體中老年組(t=7.91,P=0.001),差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論在單純髕內(nèi)側(cè)皺襞綜合征的治療中,手術(shù)治療方案效果最好。在中老年患者治療上,需要在治療前充分溝通,告知其療效不佳可能。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the curative effect of simple medial patellar synovial plica syndrome under different treatments. Methods the patients were diagnosed as unilateral medial patellar synovial fold syndrome from January 2011 to January 2015 in our hospital. A total of 147 cases were divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group, according to the different treatment methods, according to the age difference, Each group was divided into young and middle-aged group. Group A was treated with drugs and physical therapy. Group B was treated with arthroscopic surgery regularly. All patients were evaluated with knee joint Lysholm score before and after treatment. Results all the patients were followed up for an average of 11 months to 13 months. There was no neurovascular injury and infection. There was no significant difference in Lysholm score between group A and group C 3 before treatment. There was no significant difference in Lysholm score between group C and group C after treatment. There was significant difference in Lysholm score between group C and group C after treatment. There was significant difference in Lysholm score between group C and group C after treatment. It was higher than before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). In the range of Lysholm score changes in group C, group B, group B, group A, F66.43, and group A, group A, F66.43, respectively. There is a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion in the treatment of simple medial patellar fold syndrome, the difference is statistically significant, and the total young group is larger than that of the whole middle-aged and elderly group in the treatment of simple medial patellar fold syndrome, and the difference is significant in the treatment of simple patellar medial plica plica, and the difference is statistically significant in the whole young group than in the whole middle-aged and old group, and the difference is statistically significant in the treatment of patients with simple medial patellar fold syndrome, and the difference is statistically significant in the whole young group than in the elderly group, and the difference is significant in the treatment of simple medial patellar fold syndrome, and the difference is statistically significant. Surgical treatment is the best. In the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients, it is necessary to communicate well before treatment to inform them of the possibility of poor curative effect.
