乳腺背景實(shí)質(zhì)強(qiáng)化與月經(jīng)狀態(tài)、月經(jīng)周期及乳腺纖維腺體組織含量關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:目的探討乳腺增強(qiáng)磁共振背景實(shí)質(zhì)強(qiáng)化(BPE)與月經(jīng)狀態(tài)、月經(jīng)周期及乳腺纖維腺體組織(FGT)含量之間的關(guān)系。方法回顧性分析150例女性受檢者的乳腺動(dòng)態(tài)增強(qiáng)磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)資料。根據(jù)月經(jīng)狀態(tài)(絕經(jīng)前和絕經(jīng)后)及受檢時(shí)所處月經(jīng)周期的周數(shù)(1~4周)將受檢者分組。BPE分為四級(jí):極少量、少量、中等量、大量。在DCE-MRI掃描早期(89 s)定性評(píng)估BPE,在早期及晚期(449 s)定量計(jì)算雙側(cè)乳腺背景實(shí)質(zhì)強(qiáng)化的增長(zhǎng)率(BPER=SI_(post)-S_(Ipre)/SI_(pre)),并與FGT含量進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果 BPE與月經(jīng)狀態(tài)之間具有明顯相關(guān)性(r=0.677),絕經(jīng)前組BPER高于絕經(jīng)后組,兩者差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。絕經(jīng)前、后組的BPE與FGT含量之間均呈弱相關(guān)性(r=0.321)。月經(jīng)周期后半階段(第3、4周)定性BPE及定量BPER較前半階段(第1、2周)高。增強(qiáng)晚期BPER高于早期,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。雙側(cè)乳腺BPER的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 BPE與月經(jīng)狀態(tài)之間具有明顯相關(guān)性(絕經(jīng)后女性強(qiáng)化低于絕經(jīng)前)。BPE與月經(jīng)周期具有明顯相關(guān)性;在月經(jīng)周期的前半階段(第1~2周),BPE較低,推薦在此期間進(jìn)行乳腺M(fèi)RI檢查。FGT含量與BPE之間沒(méi)有明顯相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between mammary gland enhanced magnetic resonance imaging background background enhancement and menstrual status. Conclusion there is a significant correlation between BPE and menstrual state (postmenopausal women's enhancement is lower than that of premenopausal women's. BPE and menstrual cycle.
