組織工程化軟骨與富血小板血漿復(fù)合可促進軟骨缺損修復(fù)

【摘要】:為探討組織工程化軟骨與富血小板血漿復(fù)合修復(fù)軟骨缺損的效果,本研究選取了8周齡健康新西蘭兔24只,依據(jù)隨機數(shù)表法分為觀察組(組織工程化軟骨與富血小板血漿復(fù)合)和對照組(單純軟骨缺損模型),發(fā)現(xiàn)術(shù)后4周、8周、12周,觀察組實驗動物的大體評分均明顯高于對照組(p0.05)。觀察組實驗動物的Collagen TypeⅠ、Collagen TypeⅡ相對表達水平明顯高于對照組(p0.05)。兩組實驗動物的Collagen TypeⅩ相對表達水平無顯著差異(p0.05)。觀察組實驗動物的軟骨缺損直徑和缺損深度分別為(1.02±0.35)mm、(0.96±0.27)mm,對照組實驗動物的軟骨缺損直徑和缺損深度分別為(4.27±1.09)mm、(5.43±1.85)mm(p0.05),表明組織工程化軟骨與富血小板血漿復(fù)合修復(fù)軟骨缺損效果明顯,能夠刺激軟骨相關(guān)基因表達,縮小軟骨缺損范圍,促進缺損軟骨愈合。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of tissue engineered cartilage and platelet-rich plasma on repairing cartilage defects, 24 8-week-old healthy New Zealand rabbits were selected in this study. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group (tissue engineered cartilage combined with platelet-rich plasma) and control group (simple cartilage defect model).
