【摘要】：正自上個(gè)世紀(jì)末起始,微創(chuàng)胃腸減重外科迅猛發(fā)展,近十年來已拓展至2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)和其他肥胖相關(guān)疾病的治療領(lǐng)域。我國肥胖癥外科起源于2000年,其標(biāo)志是鄭成竹教授所做的國內(nèi)第一例垂直胃綁帶手術(shù)(vertical gastric banding,VBG)。此后,經(jīng)過幾年臨床實(shí)踐,中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)外科學(xué)分會(huì)內(nèi)分泌
[Abstract]:Since the end of 0th century, minimally invasive gastrointestinal weight-loss surgery has been developing rapidly and has been extended to the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus type 2 diabetes mellitusus T2DM2 and other obesity related diseases in recent ten years.
