【摘要】：隨著人們生活模式及飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,急性腦梗死已成為誘發(fā)老年患者死亡、殘疾的重要原因,且患者一旦發(fā)病極容易引發(fā)癱瘓等一系列并發(fā)癥,不僅增加患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),還給其身心帶來(lái)傷害。當(dāng)前臨床治療主要采用動(dòng)脈內(nèi)溶栓、機(jī)械取栓、靜脈溶栓等方式。本文主要介紹了機(jī)械取栓治療急性腦梗死的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)機(jī)械取栓與動(dòng)脈內(nèi)溶栓的治療效果及可能出現(xiàn)的并發(fā)癥進(jìn)行分析比較,結(jié)果顯示,與動(dòng)脈內(nèi)溶栓治療相比,采用支架機(jī)械取栓治療所獲得的治療效果更好,且繼發(fā)性腦栓塞、術(shù)后腦出血和腦血管痙攣等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生的可能性大幅降低,尤其對(duì)于急性腦梗死患者其治療效果更好。
[Abstract]:With the change of people's life pattern and diet structure, acute cerebral infarction has become an important cause of death and disability in elderly patients. Once the patients become ill, they are prone to lead to paralysis and a series of complications, which not only increase the economic burden of patients, but also increase the economic burden of patients. At present, the main methods of clinical treatment are intra-arterial thrombolysis, mechanical thrombolysis, intravenous thrombolysis, etc. This article mainly introduces the research status of mechanical thrombolysis in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. The effect of mechanical thrombolysis and intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy and the possible complications were compared. The results showed that the therapeutic effect of mechanical stent thrombolysis was better than that of intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy. The possibility of secondary cerebral embolism, postoperative cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral vasospasm was significantly reduced, especially for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
