納米材料在關(guān)節(jié)置換內(nèi)植物應(yīng)用中的研究與特點(英文)

【摘要】:背景:關(guān)節(jié)置換后易出現(xiàn)植入物松動、脫位及感染。利用納米技術(shù)制造的人工植入物為內(nèi)置物的制備提供了一個新方向。目的:詳細(xì)闡述納米技術(shù)在改良關(guān)節(jié)置換植入物方面的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展。方法:應(yīng)用計算機由第一作者在Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫,以"joint replacement,artificial implant,nanotechnology,nano-materials,nanoscales,biocompatibility"為英文檢索詞,查找關(guān)于納米技術(shù)及關(guān)節(jié)置換內(nèi)植物實驗研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),對資料進(jìn)行篩選,排除重復(fù)研究及關(guān)聯(lián)性較小的文獻(xiàn),保留與文章關(guān)聯(lián)緊密的文獻(xiàn)51篇。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:共納入51篇英文文獻(xiàn),經(jīng)綜合分析整理,通過此綜述詳細(xì)介紹納米材料相關(guān)的生物反應(yīng)和與材料相關(guān)的一些組織相容性問題,以及已經(jīng)用于改善納米結(jié)構(gòu)材料組織相容性的方法。
[Abstract]:Background: implant loosening is easy to occur after joint replacement. Dislocation and infection. Artificial implants manufactured by nanotechnology provide a new direction for the preparation of embedded implants. Objective: to review the research progress of nanotechnology in modified joint replacement implants. Application computer by the lead author in the Pub Med database, Taking "joint replacement / artificial implantant" as the key word in English, to find the relevant literature on nanotechnology and experimental research on arthroplasty plants, to screen the data, and to exclude the repeated research and the less relevant literature, so as to find the relevant literature on the experimental study of nanotechnology and intra-articular replacement plants, so as to eliminate the repeated research and the literature with less relevance. Results and conclusion: a total of 51 articles in English were included. Through comprehensive analysis and arrangement, the biological reactions related to nanomaterials and some histocompatibility problems related to materials were introduced in detail. And methods that have been used to improve the tissue compatibility of nanostructured materials.
