骨細胞力學信號轉導功能研究被引最高50篇相關文獻分析

【摘要】:目的本文擬分析和研究骨細胞受機械應力刺激相關方面被引率最高的50篇文獻的基本特征,為臨床相關研究提供一定的參考。方法計算機檢索"Pubmed","Web of Science"等英文數(shù)據(jù)庫,以"Compressive stress,Tensile stress,Fluid shear stress,stretch stress,centrifugal force,Micropipette stimulation,Electromagnetic force mode,Mechanical stress,mechanotransduction"和"osteocyte,osteoblast"為關鍵詞進行檢索,篩選出被引頻次最高的50篇文獻,排除與該研究不相關的其他文獻,對文獻的標題、第一作者、發(fā)表年份、期刊來源、地區(qū)分布、作者單位、被引頻次等重要信息進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果被引最高的50篇文獻的頻次從239次到20次,發(fā)表于1999年至2015年,其中以2009年最多為9篇,文獻刊登于27本期刊,其中以《Journal of Bone and Mineral Research》發(fā)表最多(11篇),其次是《Journal of Biological Chemistry》(6篇)、《Bone》(5篇);來源于12個國家,其中美國最多(21篇),發(fā)表2篇及2篇以上文獻的大學或醫(yī)院有7家,排名前兩名的為印第安納大學(4篇)、上海交通大學(3篇),共兩位作者發(fā)表2篇以上文獻,研究最多的信號通路依次為MAPK-ERK signaling pathway(11)篇、Wnt/beta-catenin signaling(9篇)、PI3K/AKT signaling pathway(4篇)、BMP signaling pathway(2篇)。結論被引最高文獻的分析不僅有助于了解骨細胞機械應力刺激相關研究的發(fā)展狀況,指導未來研究方向,還可以為廣大研究者閱讀文獻提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and study the basic characteristics of 50 literatures with the highest citation rate in relation to mechanical stress stimulation of bone cells, and to provide some references for clinical research. Methods English databases such as "Pubmed", "Web of Science" and so on were searched by computer. The key words "Compressive stress stress, stress shear stress, stress stress, stress stress, stress stress, stimulation of electromagnetic force stress, mechanical stress, mechanical stress, mechanical introduction" and "osteocyte osteoblast" were used to search for the top 50 cited articles, excluding other papers not relevant to the study. The title, the first author, the year of publication, the source of the journal, were selected. Regional distribution, author's unit, citation frequency and other important information were statistically analyzed. Results the frequency of the top 50 cited articles ranged from 239 times to 20 times, published from 1999 to 2015, of which 9 articles were published in 2009 and published in 27 journals. Among them, "Journal of Bone and Mineral Research" was published most frequently in 11 articles, followed by < Journal of Biological Chemistry > in 6 articles and < Bone > in 5 articles. The top two are four articles from Indiana University and three articles from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Two authors have published more than two articles. The most studied signal pathways were MAPK-ERK signaling pathway 11 (Wnt / beta-catenin signaling(9) and PI3K / AKT signaling pathway(4 (BMP signaling pathway(2). Conclusion the analysis of the highest cited literatures is not only helpful to understand the development of the research on mechanical stress stimulation of bone cells, but also to guide the research direction in the future. It can also provide a reference for researchers to read the literature.
