【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)He-Ne激光照射對(duì)甲手術(shù)創(chuàng)面愈合的作用。方法患者由隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分配到對(duì)照組和治療組,每組20例,治療組在甲手術(shù)后使用He-Ne激光照射創(chuàng)面。比較兩組患者創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、炎癥持續(xù)時(shí)間、疼痛評(píng)分、甲板完全生長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。結(jié)果兩組患者基線差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。甲手術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間,對(duì)照組平均需要(16.00±2.51)d,治療組則需要(11.35±1.73)d,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。甲手術(shù)后炎癥消退的時(shí)間為:對(duì)照組(9.10±2.10)d,治療組(7.20±1.44)d,兩者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。甲手術(shù)后,甲板完全生長(zhǎng)需要的時(shí)間,對(duì)照組(21.00±2.13)周,治療組(21.40±1.05)周(P0.05)。在甲手術(shù)后治療組照射第3次(25h)后,疼痛評(píng)分與對(duì)照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。5次照射(49h)后治療組疼痛消失的患者達(dá)到85.0%(17/20),而6次治療(54h)后,該組患者疼痛全部消失,皆快于對(duì)照組(分別為50.0%和98.5%)。結(jié)論 He-Ne激光照射可以促進(jìn)甲手術(shù)后創(chuàng)面恢復(fù),減輕患者痛苦。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on wound healing in nail surgery. Methods patients were randomly assigned to control group (n = 20) and treatment group (n = 20). The patients in the treatment group were treated with He-Ne laser irradiation after nail surgery. The wound healing time, the duration of inflammation, and the pain score were compared between the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in baseline between the two groups. The average time required for inflammation in the control group was 16.00 鹵2.51 days, and that in the treatment group was 11.35 鹵1.73. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The time of inflammation subsiding after A operation was 9.10 鹵2.10 days in the control group and 7.20 鹵1.44 days in the treatment group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05.After operation, the time needed for complete deck growth was significant. In the control group (21.00 鹵2.13) weeks, in the treatment group (21.40 鹵1.05) weeks, the pain score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group after the third irradiation for 25 hours. All the pain disappeared in this group, which was faster than that in the control group (50.0% and 98.5, respectively). Conclusion He-Ne laser irradiation can promote the recovery of wound after nail operation and relieve the pain of the patients.
