【摘要】：目的:探討浮肩損傷的臨床特點(diǎn)和手術(shù)治療方式的選擇。方法:2008年3月至2014年5月,共收治資料完整的浮肩損傷病人22例,男16例,女6例;年齡18-63歲,平均38.1歲。根據(jù)Wong浮肩損傷分型:ⅠA型2例,ⅠB型12例,Ⅱ型3例,ⅢA型4例,ⅢB型1例。22例病人皆行手術(shù)治療,其中19例同時行肩胛頸骨折合并鎖骨骨折或肩鎖關(guān)節(jié)脫位開放復(fù)位內(nèi)固定,3例僅固定鎖骨或喙突骨折。結(jié)果:22例患者獲得全程隨訪,平均隨訪時間30.1(14-45)月。骨折均獲得臨床愈合,平均愈合時間13.7(10-17)周,根據(jù)Constant和Murley評分平均88.1(60-100)分。采用Herscovici療效評價優(yōu)12例(54.5%),良7例(31.8%),可3例(13.6%),優(yōu)良率86.3%。結(jié)論:手術(shù)復(fù)位內(nèi)固定是治療浮肩損傷的有效方法,移位明顯的骨折可同時行肩胛骨、鎖骨、肩鎖關(guān)節(jié)脫位等復(fù)位內(nèi)固定。
