【摘要】：目的探討中藥聯(lián)合常規(guī)化療對乳腺癌術后患者遠期轉移復發(fā)率及免疫功能的影響。方法將144例乳腺癌術后患者按治療方法不同分為觀察組(86例)和對照組(58例)。對照組給予常規(guī)化療方案治療,觀察組在此基礎上配合中藥治療,6個月為1個療程。比較兩組5年復發(fā)轉移率及治療前后生活質量評分、中醫(yī)證候評分、T淋巴細胞亞群的變化。結果觀察組轉移復發(fā)率為11.63%,顯著低于對照組轉移復發(fā)率的25.86%(P0.05);治療后,兩組生活質量評分較同組治療前均提高(P0.05),且觀察組改善程度顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);兩組中醫(yī)證候積分、CD4和CD4/CD8較同組治療前降低(P0.05),CD8較同組治療前升高(P0.05),且觀察組改善程度顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論中藥聯(lián)合常規(guī)化療可顯著降低乳腺癌術后患者的遠期轉移復發(fā)率,改善免疫功能,提高生存質量,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional chemotherapy on the long term metastatic recurrence rate and immune function in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods 144 patients with breast cancer after operation were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 86) and control group (n = 58). The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy. On this basis, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 6 months as a course of treatment. The 5-year recurrence and metastasis rate and the quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results the recurrence rate of T lymphocytes in the observation group was 11.63, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (25.86%, P 0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those in the same group before treatment, and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment, and the levels of P0.05 and CD8 in the observation group were higher than those in the same group before treatment, and the course of improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the same group. Conclusion traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional chemotherapy can significantly reduce the long-term metastatic recurrence rate of breast cancer patients after operation. Improving immune function and quality of life is worth popularizing in clinic.
