【摘要】：目的探討Hussman病情和體質(zhì)狀況評估方法預(yù)測圍術(shù)期并發(fā)癥的作用。方法2015年5月至2016年5月各科手術(shù)患者2 494例,男1 462例,女1 032例,采用Hussman病情和體質(zhì)狀況評估方法進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評估,觀察并記錄圍術(shù)期并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 2 494例患者圍術(shù)期發(fā)生并發(fā)癥336例(13.47%),其中心血管并發(fā)癥是主要并發(fā)癥,占80.7%。風(fēng)險等級1、2、3、4、5級患者分別有1 540例(61.75%)、660例(26.46%)、202例(8.10%)、80例(3.21%)和12例(0.48%),發(fā)生并發(fā)癥分別有112例(7.28%)、82例(12.42%)、82例(40.59%)、50例(62.50%)和10例(83.33%),敏感度分別為33.33%、24.40%、24.40%、14.88%和2.78%,特異度分別為33.76%、73.26%、94.44%、98.61%和99.91%,準(zhǔn)確度分別為33.76%、66.64%、85.01%、87.33%和86.85%。結(jié)論 Hussman病情和體質(zhì)狀況評估方法能較好地預(yù)測圍術(shù)期并發(fā)癥。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the role of Hussman in predicting perioperative complications. Methods from May 2015 to May 2016, 2 494 patients (1 462 males and 1 032 females) were operated on. The risk of perioperative complications was evaluated by the method of Hussman's condition and physique. Results the complications occurred in 2 494 patients during perioperative period, and the cardiovascular complications were the main complications. There were 1 540 patients with grade 1, 61.75, 660 with 26.46D and 202 with 8.1046.1%, and 12 with 0.48. The complications were 112 cases, 7.2882 cases, 12.422n, 82 cases, 40.59, 50 cases, 62.50 cases, and 10 cases, the sensitivity was 33.3324.4024.4024.4024.4024.4024.4014.88% and 2.78, respectively. The specificity was 33.767.2644446.61% and 999.1g, respectively, and the sensitivity was 33.3324.4024.4024.4024.4024.4014.88% and 2.78% respectively, and the specificity was 33.7673.26444.61% and 999.110%, respectively.The sensitivity was 33.3324.4024.4024.4024.4014.88% and 2.78%, respectively, with the complications of 12.42.2882 cases (62.50 cases) and 10 cases with a sensitivity of 33.3324.4024.4024.4024.4014.88% and 2.78%, respectively. 87.33% and 86.85% respectively. Conclusion the evaluation method of Hussman condition and physique condition can predict the perioperative complications.
