【摘要】：解剖２０３例喉上神經內、外支．并對喉上神經的內、外支與舌骨大角平面、甲狀腺上動脈、甲狀腺側葉上極、入喉處與甲狀軟骨上緣的距離，喉外支與喉上神經三角的關系進行了研究．喉上神經外支比內支小，，沿胸骨甲狀肌和甲狀腺上動脈深面，喉外支位于甲狀腺上動脈內側占８４．２％（１７１例），喉外支位于甲狀腺上動脈后方占１３．７％（２８側），穿咽下縮肌繞甲狀腺下方達環(huán)甲肌并支配該�。岢錾喙谴蠼瞧矫�、甲狀腺上動脈、甲狀軟骨上切跡、甲狀腺側葉上極、喉上神經三角是識別喉上神經外支的簡便、可靠、實用的解剖學標志和提出手術中避免損傷喉上神經內、外支方法．
[Abstract]:The internal and external branches of the superior laryngeal nerve were dissected in 203 cases, and the distance between the internal and external branches of the superior laryngeal nerve and the greater angle plane of the hyoid bone, the superior thyroid artery, the superior pole of the lateral lobe of the thyroid gland, and the superior edge of the thyroid cartilage into the larynx. The relationship between the external laryngeal branch and the triangle of the superior laryngeal nerve was studied. The external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve was smaller than the internal branch, along the deep surface of the sternum thyroid muscle and the superior thyroid artery. The external laryngeal branch was located on the medial side of the superior thyroid artery in 171 cases. The external laryngeal branch was located behind the superior thyroid artery in 13.728 sides. The superior incisors of thyroid cartilage, the superior pole of the lateral lobe of the thyroid gland and the triangle of the superior laryngeal nerve are simple, reliable and practical anatomical markers for identifying the external branch of the superior laryngeal nerve and the method of avoiding the injury of the internal and external branches of the superior laryngeal nerve during operation is put forward.
