【摘要】：目的觀察腦循環(huán)聯(lián)合經(jīng)顱磁刺激療法治療頸本體感覺(jué)紊亂性眩暈療效及對(duì)患者平衡功能的影響。方法將80例頸本體感覺(jué)紊亂性眩暈患者隨機(jī)平均分為2組,對(duì)照組40例給予銀杏達(dá)莫注射液10~25 m L與長(zhǎng)春西汀注射液20 mg靜脈滴注,均每日1次,持續(xù)治療20 d;觀察組40例在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上給予經(jīng)顱磁刺激(每次30 min)與腦循環(huán)療法(每次30~40 min)治療,均每日1次,持續(xù)治療20 d。觀察2組治療前后外周面積、軌跡長(zhǎng)度、單位面積軌跡長(zhǎng)度、矩形面積、左右偏移以及穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)與體質(zhì)量分布系數(shù)變化情況。結(jié)果治療后2組外周面積、軌跡長(zhǎng)度、矩形面積、左右偏移、體質(zhì)量分布系數(shù)均相比治療前明顯降低(P均0.05),單位面積軌跡長(zhǎng)度相比治療前相比均明顯升高(P均0.05),對(duì)照組治療后穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)相比治療前無(wú)明顯變化(P0.05);觀察組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)改善情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論腦循環(huán)聯(lián)合經(jīng)顱磁刺激療法治療頸本體感覺(jué)紊亂性眩暈療效較好,能夠有效改善臨床癥狀,提高平衡功能,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of cerebral circulation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on cervical proprioceptive disturbance vertigo and its effect on balance function. Methods 80 patients with cervical proprioceptive disturbance vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in the control group were given Ginkgo biloba injection 1025ml and vinpocetine injection 20mg intravenously, once a day. The patients in the observation group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation (30 min each time) and cerebral circulation therapy (30 minutes each time) for 20 days. The peripheral area and trajectory length of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results after treatment, there were two groups: peripheral area, trajectory length, rectangular area, left and right deviation, stability coefficient and mass distribution coefficient. The body mass distribution coefficients were significantly lower than before treatment P were 0.05g, the length of unit area locus were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the stability coefficient of the control group had no significant change after treatment compared with that before treatment (P0.05A). Conclusion the therapeutic effect of cerebral circulation combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of cervical proprioceptive disturbance vertigo is better than that in the control group. It can effectively improve clinical symptoms and balance function. It is worth popularizing.
