【摘要】：目的：探討乳腺癌四種分子分型(luminal A, luminal B, Her2陽性型,三陰型TNBC)的磁共振圖像特點(diǎn)的差異。 方法：回顧性分析2012.3-2014.12就診于浙江大學(xué)附屬邵逸夫醫(yī)院腫瘤外科334例女性乳腺癌患者的臨床資料,按照免疫組化特點(diǎn)分為Luminal A、Luminal B、Her2陽性型及三陰型(TNBC)乳腺癌,四種分子分型分別有69、171、29、45例,MRI表現(xiàn)包括病灶類型、形態(tài)、邊緣、內(nèi)部強(qiáng)化方式、時(shí)間信號(hào)曲線(TIC)類型,分析各分子分型在MRI表現(xiàn)上的差異。 結(jié)果：四種分子分型乳腺癌在形態(tài)、邊緣及TIC上無顯著性差異,而在病灶類型Her2陽性型和三陰型患者病灶類型更傾向于表現(xiàn)為非腫塊型病灶(P0.05),三陰性乳腺癌中表現(xiàn)環(huán)形強(qiáng)化的比例更高(P0.001)； 結(jié)論：三陰型乳腺癌在磁共振檢查中更傾向表現(xiàn)為非腫塊型、環(huán)形強(qiáng)化模式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the difference of magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of luminal A, luminal B, Her2 positive type and triple negative type in breast cancer. Methods: the clinical data of 334 female breast cancer patients in the tumor surgery department of run run run Shaw Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University were retrospectively analyzed. According to the immunohistochemical characteristics, the patients were divided into Luminal Luminal BU Her2 positive type and triple negative type TNBCC breast cancer. There were 69 / 171 / 2945 cases of Mr imaging, including lesion type, morphology, edge, internal enhancement mode, time signal curve (TICs) type, respectively. The differences in MRI manifestations among the four molecular types were analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference in morphology, edge and TIC between the four types of breast cancer. In the patients with Her2 positive type and triple negative type, the lesion type was more likely to be non-mass type (P0.05), and the proportion of circular enhancement in triple-negative breast cancer was higher than that in triple-negative breast cancer (P 0.001). Conclusion: three negative breast cancer is more prone to non-mass and ring enhancement in MRI.
