O-MAR技術(shù)在顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤栓塞術(shù)后CTA中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的 :探討O-MAR技術(shù)在顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤栓塞術(shù)后CTA中的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 :收集25例顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤栓塞術(shù)后CTA檢查的原始數(shù)據(jù),分別采用常規(guī)FBP重建(A組)和FBP+O-MAR重建(B組)。采用Mann-Whitney U秩和檢驗(yàn)主觀比較O-MAR去除金屬偽影的效果;采用配對(duì)樣本t檢驗(yàn)或Mann-Whitney U秩和檢驗(yàn)比較兩組的客觀指標(biāo)(偽影的長(zhǎng)度、彈簧圈附近組織的CT值及噪聲值)的差異。結(jié)果:B組的主觀評(píng)分顯著高于A組(U=0.00,P0.01)。B組較A組的偽影長(zhǎng)度顯著減短(分別為(15.4±3.2)mm和(38.8±7.1)mm,t=7.73,P0.01)、CT值增高更接近于正常組織(t=2.99,P0.05)、噪聲值減低(分別為(35.1±12.5)HU和(137.5±58.3)HU,t=5.31,P0.01)。結(jié)論:O-MAR技術(shù)可有效地減少顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈瘤彈簧圈栓塞術(shù)后CTA的金屬偽影,糾正植入體周圍的CT值,改善圖像質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of O-MAR technique in CTA after intracranial aneurysm embolization. Methods: the original data of CTA examination in 25 patients with intracranial aneurysm after embolization were collected. Group A was reconstructed by conventional FBP) and group B was reconstructed by FBP O-MAR. The effect of O-MAR on removing metal artifacts was compared by Mann-Whitney U rank sum test, and the objective indexes (length of artifacts) were compared by paired sample t test or Mann-Whitney U rank sum test. Results the subjective score of group B was significantly higher than that of group A (U0.00P 0.01). The length of artifact in group B was significantly shorter than that in group A (15.4 鹵3.2 mm and 38.8 鹵7.1 mm respectively). The increase of CT value in group B was much closer to that in normal tissue. The decrease was 35.1 鹵12.5 Hu and 137.5 鹵58.3 Hu respectively. Conclusion the metal artifact of CTA after embolization of intracranial aneurysms can be effectively reduced by using the technique of 10% O-MAR. Correct the CT value around the implant and improve the image quality.
