【摘要】：白細(xì)胞介素33(IL-33)是IL-1家族成員,參與多種機(jī)體炎癥與免疫反應(yīng)過(guò)程。IL-33既可以通過(guò)增加Th2細(xì)胞和調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞(Treg)的比例在組織修復(fù)、器官移植和保持體內(nèi)平衡中起重要作用,也可以通過(guò)增加Th1細(xì)胞比例從而增加免疫力。IL-33可以參與多種組織器官移植的免疫耐受,在心臟移植中,IL-33可以通過(guò)增加Th2細(xì)胞、Treg和髓源性抑制細(xì)胞(MDSC)的比例或增加抑制炎癥的IL-4、IL-5和IL-10等細(xì)胞因子進(jìn)行免疫調(diào)節(jié),從而延長(zhǎng)移植心臟的存活時(shí)間。本文主要對(duì)IL-33以及其與心臟移植免疫方面的研究進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Interleukin 33 (IL-33) is a member of the IL-1 family, is involved in a variety of inflammatory and immune responses of.IL-33 can be through increased Th2 cells and regulatory T cells (Treg) in the proportion of tissue repair, play an important role in maintaining homeostasis and organ transplantation, can also be through increasing the proportion of Th1 cells and thus increase immunity.IL-33 can participate in a variety of tissue and organ transplantation immune tolerance, in heart transplantation, IL-33 can increase the Th2 cell, Treg and myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSC) or the proportion of IL-4 inhibited inflammatory, immune regulation of IL-5 and IL-10 cytokines, thereby prolonging the survival time of the cardiac allografts are reviewed in this article. About IL-33 and its research and heart transplant immunity.
