【摘要】：G蛋白調(diào)節(jié)因子2(G protein regulating factors2,RGS2)表達(dá)水平的變化與多種腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有密切關(guān)系。為了解RGS2蛋白表達(dá)水平與乳腺導(dǎo)管內(nèi)增生性病變(intraductal proliferative lesions,IDPLs)的關(guān)系。應(yīng)用免疫組化對(duì)RGS2,CK5/6進(jìn)行染色,觀察其在98例IDPLs(15例普通型導(dǎo)管增生,11例非典型導(dǎo)管增生,72例導(dǎo)管原位癌)和正常乳腺組織的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果顯示,在普通型導(dǎo)管增生中RGS2的表達(dá)水平分布不一致,而在其余各型的IDPLs中RGS2蛋白的陽性表達(dá)呈均勻性分布;CK5/6蛋白的陽性表達(dá)只存在于普通型導(dǎo)管增生中,而其余各型IDPLs均不表達(dá);在IDPLs中RGS2的表達(dá)水平與CK5/6的表達(dá)水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)性(r=-0.995,p=0.000);隨著IDPLs的級(jí)別增高,RGS2的表達(dá)逐漸丟失。結(jié)果表明,RGS2與CK5/6的聯(lián)合應(yīng)用可用于對(duì)IDPLs的鑒別診斷;RGS2可能作為檢測(cè)IDPLs生物學(xué)行為和判斷IDPLs患者預(yù)后的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The expression of G protein regulatory factor 2G protein regulating factors2 (RGS2) and the occurrence of many kinds of tumors. In order to understand the expression level of RGS2 protein and intraductal proliferative lesions in breast intraductal hyperplasia. Immunohistochemical staining of RGS2CK-5 / 6 was performed in 98 cases of IDPLs(15 with normal ductal hyperplasia and 11 cases with atypical ductal hyperplasia. Expression of RGS2 in 72 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ) and normal breast tissues. The results showed that the expression level of RGS2 was not consistent in normal ductal hyperplasia. The positive expression of RGS2 protein was homogeneously distributed in other types of IDPLs. The positive expression of CK5/6 protein was found only in the normal ductal hyperplasia, while none of the other types of IDPLs was expressed. There was a negative correlation between the expression of RGS2 and the expression of CK5/6 in IDPLs. The expression of RGS2 was gradually lost with the increase of IDPLs grade. The results showed that the combination of RGS2 and CK5/6 could be used in differential diagnosis of IDPLs. RGS2 may be an important index to detect the biological behavior of IDPLs and to judge the prognosis of IDPLs patients.
