【摘要】：目的探討發(fā)散式?jīng)_擊波聯(lián)合扶他林治療腰背肌筋膜炎綜合征的療效。方法將門診32例慢性腰背肌筋膜炎綜合征患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,對照組僅服用扶他林等消炎鎮(zhèn)痛藥;治療組給予體外發(fā)散式?jīng)_擊波(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)和服用扶他林等消炎鎮(zhèn)痛藥。治療組接受2周的沖擊波治療(每周2次,兩周為1個療程)和扶他林藥物口服治療。分別在治療前及治療后1周、2周、4周進(jìn)行隨訪,采用疼痛視覺模擬評分(VAS評分)和改良Macnab標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行觀察。同時記錄患者在治療過程中的不良事件。結(jié)果兩組患者治療后疼痛VAS評分均較治療前顯著降低(P0.05)。改良Macnab標(biāo)準(zhǔn):對照組優(yōu)良率達(dá)到66.7%,治療組優(yōu)良率達(dá)到85.7%,全部病例無不良事件發(fā)生。結(jié)論治療組和對照組均具有減輕患者疼痛的效果。而與對照組比較,治療組改善患者疼痛更加顯著,且無任何不良反應(yīng)。體外沖擊波聯(lián)合扶他林治療慢性腰背肌筋膜炎綜合征具有良好療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of divergent shock wave combined with Futaline in the treatment of lumbar dorsal myofascitis syndrome. Methods 32 patients with chronic lumbar dorsal fasciitis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, only the antiinflammatory and analgesic drugs such as Futalin were taken. The treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy. Treatment group received 2 weeks of shock wave therapy (2 times a week, 2 weeks as a course of treatment) and oral treatment of Fentalin, respectively, before and 1 week after treatment. The patients were followed up for 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Using pain visual analogue score and VAS score). The adverse events in the course of treatment were also recorded. Results the VAS scores of pain after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.05). Improved Macnab standard: the excellent and good rate of control group reached 66.7%. The excellent and good rate of the treatment group reached 85.7 and there were no adverse events in all cases. Conclusion both the treatment group and the control group have the effect of alleviating the pain of the patients. Compared with the control group, the treatment group can improve the pain more significantly. Extracorporeal shock wave combined with Fentalin was effective in the treatment of chronic lumbar dorsal myofascitis syndrome.
