【摘要】：隨著人口老齡化問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重,膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎逐漸成為中老年常見(jiàn)骨科疾病,統(tǒng)計(jì)研究表明,該病發(fā)病率有逐年上升趨勢(shì),并且中晚期患者生活質(zhì)量受到嚴(yán)重影響,因而對(duì)于膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的預(yù)防、早期診斷與治療迫在眉睫。目前研究雖不能完全闡明該病發(fā)病機(jī)制,但隨著近年來(lái)研究的逐步深入,對(duì)該病的認(rèn)識(shí)更加深入。近年來(lái)較多學(xué)者提出,基因位點(diǎn)的突變可能增加該病的易感性,并且最新的研究成果已經(jīng)證實(shí)上述觀點(diǎn),該研究成果有望作為膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎預(yù)防與早期診斷與治療的重要理論依據(jù)。本文旨在總結(jié)近年來(lái)膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎發(fā)病相關(guān)基因多態(tài)性的研究進(jìn)展,為研究發(fā)病機(jī)制和臨床治療提供一定參考。
[Abstract]:With the aging of the population, knee osteoarthritis has gradually become a common orthopaedic disease in the middle-aged and elderly. Statistical studies show that the incidence of the disease has been increasing year by year. And the quality of life of patients in the middle and late stage is seriously affected, so the early diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis is urgent. Although the current research can not fully clarify the pathogenesis of the disease. However, with the gradual deepening of research in recent years, the understanding of the disease is more in-depth. In recent years, more scholars have proposed that mutations in gene loci may increase the susceptibility of the disease. And the latest research has confirmed this view. This study is expected to be an important theoretical basis for the prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis. To provide some reference for the study of pathogenesis and clinical treatment.
