肝囊型包蟲病患者手術(shù)前后血清IL-10表達(dá)及其臨床意義

【摘要】:目的:檢測肝囊型包蟲病患者手術(shù)前及術(shù)后一段時間血清IL-10水平動態(tài)變化,探討IL-10的表達(dá)在肝囊性包蟲病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及預(yù)后中的作用及其臨床意義。方法:研究30例已確診為囊型肝包蟲病且需要手術(shù)的患者,分別分為手術(shù)前、手術(shù)后1周、手術(shù)后1月、手術(shù)后3月組,并以當(dāng)?shù)?0例健康人做為對照組,分別靜脈抽血,離心取血清,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)檢測樣本中IL-10表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果:肝囊型包蟲組血清中IL-10表達(dá)水平高于正常組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后7天組IL-10表達(dá)水平高于術(shù)前組,術(shù)后1月組IL-10表達(dá)水平下降低于術(shù)前組但高于正常組,術(shù)后3月組IL-10表達(dá)水平下降趨于接近正常組,各組之間的比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:白細(xì)胞介素10(Interleukin 10,IL-10)是人體中一個重要的免疫調(diào)節(jié)因子,在肝囊型包蟲患者中的表達(dá)水平高于健康人,隨著包蟲病灶切除后,可能由于手術(shù)炎癥的刺激會導(dǎo)致IL-10的表達(dá)水平會呈短時間的上升,但隨著術(shù)后蟲體抗原刺激的消失,IL-10的表達(dá)水平逐漸下降并趨于正常。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the dynamic changes of serum IL-10 levels before and after operation in patients with hepatic cystic hydatid disease and to explore the expression of IL-10 in the occurrence of hepatic cystic hydatid disease. Methods: thirty patients with hepatic hydatid disease who had been diagnosed as cystic hepatic hydatid disease and needed surgery were divided into three groups: one week before operation, one week after operation, January after operation and March after operation. 30 healthy people were used as the control group, the blood samples were drawn by vein, and the serum was collected by centrifugation. Elisa was used to detect the expression of IL-10 in the samples. Results: the expression of IL-10 in serum of hepatic cyst hydatid group was higher than that of normal group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). On the 7th day after operation, the expression of IL-10 in the group was higher than that in the group before operation, and the expression of IL-10 in the group of January after operation was lower than that in the group before operation but higher than that in the normal group. On March, the expression of IL-10 decreased to close to the normal group. The difference between each group was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: interleukin 10 is Interleukin 10. IL-10 is an important immunomodulatory factor in human body. The expression level of IL-10 in patients with hepatic cystic hydatid is higher than that in healthy people, with the removal of hydatid foci. It is possible that the level of IL-10 expression will increase in a short period of time due to the stimulation of inflammation, but the expression of IL-10 decreases gradually and tends to normal with the disappearance of the stimulation of worm body antigen after operation.
