【摘要】：內(nèi)鏡下甲狀腺切除術(shù)(endoscopic thyroid surgery,ETS)的發(fā)展已歷經(jīng)20年。隨著器械與設(shè)備的更新,尤其是高清內(nèi)鏡與機(jī)器人輔助系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,如今已經(jīng)在世界范圍內(nèi)逐漸推廣,并不斷發(fā)展創(chuàng)新。美國(guó)甲狀腺協(xié)會(huì)(ATA)于2016年發(fā)表了頸外入路內(nèi)鏡甲狀腺手術(shù)聲明。通過(guò)系統(tǒng)性回顧文獻(xiàn)及綜述,對(duì)頸外入路ETS的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了歸納,以推動(dòng)ETS規(guī)范、安全、有序地開(kāi)展,并指導(dǎo)臨床。該聲明對(duì)于手術(shù)方式、治療結(jié)局、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥、發(fā)展障礙等方面進(jìn)行了全面、系統(tǒng)的闡述。
[Abstract]:Endoscopic thyroid Surgeryus (ETS) has been developed for 20 years. In particular, the application of high-definition endoscopy and robot-assisted systems has been gradually popularized worldwide. In 2016, the American thyroid Association (ATAA) published a statement of endoscopic thyroid surgery via external cervical approach. The development of external cervical approach (ETS) was summarized to promote the development of ETS in a safe and orderly manner and to guide clinical practice. The development obstacle and so on has carried on the comprehensive, systematic elaboration.
