基于生物力學(xué)分析Q值對(duì)頸肌疲勞的反映效果

【摘要】:頸肌疲勞是導(dǎo)致頸椎病的主要原因之一。為了有效預(yù)測和緩解頸肌疲勞,結(jié)合生物力學(xué)理論分析了表面肌電信號(hào)(SEMG)對(duì)頸部肌肉疲勞狀態(tài)的反映效果。選取身體健康,年齡在21~33歲的8名志愿者作為被試者。所有被試者保持屈頸位2h,采集頸6、頸7節(jié)段兩側(cè)上斜方肌的表面肌電信號(hào)。首先,采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解(EMD)對(duì)肌電信號(hào)進(jìn)行去噪;然后,提取并分析了積分肌電(IEMG)、近似熵(ApEn)、疲勞狀態(tài)指標(biāo)Q值等3種特征參數(shù)在屈頸過程中的變化規(guī)律。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,隨著屈頸時(shí)間的增加,積分肌電值呈上升趨勢,近似熵和疲勞狀態(tài)指標(biāo)Q值呈下降趨勢;其中,狀態(tài)指標(biāo)Q值對(duì)頸肌疲勞的反映效果最好,表現(xiàn)在數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定、差異明顯、同生物力學(xué)分析相一致。本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,頸6、頸7節(jié)段肌電信號(hào)屈頸疲勞前后Q值的均值由0.37降低至0.21,采用按摩緩解后又恢復(fù)到0.33。本研究內(nèi)容對(duì)長期處于屈頸位人群預(yù)防頸肌疲勞,減少頸椎病的發(fā)生具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Cervical muscle fatigue is one of the main causes of cervical spondylosis. Combined with biomechanical theory, the effect of SEMG on fatigue state of neck muscle was analyzed. Eight volunteers aged 21 to 33 years were selected as subjects. All subjects maintained flexion position for 2 hours and collected surface electromyography of the upper trapezius muscle on both sides of the cervical 6 and 7 segments. First of all. The EMG signal is de-noised by empirical mode decomposition (EMD). Then, the changes of three characteristic parameters, I. e. IEMG, approximate entropy and Q value of fatigue state index, are extracted and analyzed. The experimental results show that these three characteristic parameters change in the process of cervical flexion. With the increase of flexion time, the integral myoelectric value increased, the approximate entropy and the fatigue state index Q value decreased. Among them, the state index Q value of the best response to cervical fatigue, performance in the data is stable, significant differences, consistent with biomechanical analysis. In this experimental conditions, neck 6. The mean value of Q before and after cervical flexion fatigue was reduced from 0.37 to 0.21, and then recovered to 0.33 by massage. The content of this study was used to prevent cervical muscle fatigue for people in flexion position for a long time. Reducing the incidence of cervical spondylosis has important guiding significance.
