【摘要】：目的探討腹腔鏡胃袖狀切除術(shù)對肥胖伴亞臨床甲狀腺功能減退癥(subclinical hypothyroidism,SCH)的影響。方法回顧性分析2014年7月~2015年6月69例接受腹腔鏡胃袖狀切除術(shù)的肥胖(體重指數(shù)26~45.7)患者的臨床資料,14例(20.3%)合并SCH(SCH組),另55例(79.7%)未合并SCH(非SCH組)。比較2組術(shù)前促甲狀腺激素及相關(guān)代謝指標,以及SCH組手術(shù)前后促甲狀腺激素及相關(guān)代謝指標。結(jié)果術(shù)前SCH組57.1%(8例)合并代謝綜合征(metabolic syndrome,MS),非SCH組為29.1%(16例);SCH組術(shù)前促甲狀腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)(6.07±1.68)μIU/ml,術(shù)后12個月降至(2.88±0.56)μIU/ml(t=7.113,P=0.000)。結(jié)論腹腔鏡胃袖狀切除術(shù)可能促使促甲狀腺激素下降,改善肥胖伴SCH。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy on subclinical hypothyroidism of obesity with subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods the clinical data of 69 patients with obesity (BMI 2645.7) undergoing laparoscopic gastrectomy from July 2014 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 14 cases with SCH(SCH and 55 cases with Sch (non-Sch group). The thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and related metabolic indexes were compared between the two groups before operation. Results before and after operation, the thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and related metabolic indexes were found in SCH group. Results the metabolic syndrome was associated with metabolic syndrome in 8 patients in SCH group before and after operation. In the SCH group, there were 16 cases with musculus in 29. 1%; In SCH group, thyrotropin stimulating hormoney was 6.07 鹵1.68 渭 IU/ml before operation. At 12 months after operation, it decreased to 2.88 鹵0.56 渭 U / ml / ml ~ (7.113) ~ 0.000 ~ 0.000 渭 U / ml. Conclusion Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy may promote the decrease of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). To improve the obesity associated with SCH.
