【摘要】：骨骼病變是糖皮質激素應用過程中較為常見且嚴重的不良反應之一,其發(fā)病機制目前尚未明確,大量體內外研究表明相關細胞損傷及調控因子失調是其發(fā)生的主要原因。糖皮質激素所致骨骼病變常表現(xiàn)為骨質疏松、骨壞死及骨骼生長發(fā)育障礙,三者具有某些共同的發(fā)病基礎,但各病變宏觀表現(xiàn)有所不同,故其內在發(fā)病機制又各具特點。本文綜述近年來有關糖皮質激素所致骨骼病變發(fā)病機制的研究進展。
[Abstract]:Skeletal lesion is one of the most common and serious adverse reactions in the application of glucocorticoid. A large number of in vivo and in vitro studies show that the related cell injury and regulatory factor imbalance is the main cause of its occurrence. Glucocorticoid-induced bone lesions are often manifested as osteoporosis, osteonecrosis and bone growth and development disorders. The three had some common pathogenesis, but the macroscopic manifestations of the three lesions were different. Therefore, its internal pathogenesis has its own characteristics. This article reviews the recent progress in the pathogenesis of glucocorticoid-induced bone lesions.
