【摘要】：目的:觀察消癖湯結(jié)合超聲藥物滲透療法對乳腺增生的改善及血清激素的良性調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法:選取在我院中醫(yī)外科門診收治的120例乳腺增生的患者,按照隨機原則,將其分為對照組、觀察組和治療組,每組40人。對照組給予乳癖消片治療,1次5片,每日3次,連續(xù)30天;觀察組給予患者服用消癖湯,1日1次,1次1劑,連續(xù)30天;治療組在給予患者口服消癖湯的同時,增加局部外敷膏劑藥物,使用超聲脈沖電導(dǎo)治療儀將藥物通過皮膚滲透到患處,1日1次,連續(xù)30天。觀察治療前后患者乳房乳塊個數(shù)、乳塊直徑、乳房疼痛評分的差異,血清雌二醇E_2、孕酮、卵泡刺激素及黃體生成素含量的差異變化。結(jié)果:觀察組及治療組的乳房乳塊個數(shù)、乳塊直徑、乳房疼痛評分顯著低于對照組(P0.01),治療組降低乳房乳塊個數(shù)、乳塊直徑、乳房疼痛評分優(yōu)于觀察組(P0.05);觀察組及治療組的血清雌二醇E_2、孕酮、卵泡刺激素及黃體生成素含量明顯低于對照組(P0.01),治療組降低血清雌二醇E_2、孕酮、卵泡刺激素及黃體生成素含量優(yōu)于觀察組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:消癖湯結(jié)合超聲藥物滲透療法顯著地改善治療乳塊疼痛及降低血清中相關(guān)激素的水平,具有良好的治療乳腺增生的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Xiaopi decoction combined with ultrasonic drug osmotic therapy on breast hyperplasia and the benign regulation of serum hormone. Methods: 120 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia were selected in our hospital. According to the random principle, it was divided into control group, observation group and treatment group with 40 people in each group. The control group was treated with Rupixiao tablet once a time, 3 times a day for 30 days. The patients in the observation group were given Xiaopi decoction once a time on 1st for 30 days. In the treatment group, while the patients were given oral Xiaopi decoction, the local external plaster was added, and the medicine was permeated through the skin to the affected area by using the ultrasonic pulse conductance therapy instrument, once on 1st. The difference of breast mass number, breast mass diameter, breast pain score, serum estradiol E _ 2 and progesterone were observed before and after treatment for 30 days. Results: the number, diameter and pain score of breast mass in the observation group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01). In the treatment group, the number of breast masses, the diameter of breast masses and the score of breast pain were better than those of the observation group (P 0.05). The levels of estradiol, progesterone, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in serum of observation group and treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group (P 0.01). The contents of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were better than that of observation group P0.050.Conclusion: the combination of Xiaopi decoction and ultrasonic drug osmotic therapy can significantly improve the treatment of breast pain and reduce the level of serum related hormones. It has good effect in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland.
