絲素/石墨烯/辛伐他汀復合膜對大鼠顱骨缺損骨修復量的影響及石墨烯局部應用大鼠體內重要臟器安全性研究

目的:分析比較絲素/石墨烯/辛伐他汀復合膜（silk fibroin/graphene oxide/Simvastatin composite membrane,SF/GO/Sim）、絲素/石墨烯復合膜（silk fibroin/graphene oxide composite membrane,SF/GO）、絲素/辛伐他汀復合膜（silk fibroin/Simvastatin composite membrane,SF/Sim）、純絲素膜（silk fibroin membrane,SF）促大鼠顱骨骨修復的區(qū)別,探討絲素/石墨烯/辛伐他汀復合膜對大鼠顱骨缺損骨修復的影響;觀察GO局部應用的全身反應,對大鼠重要臟器（肝、脾、腎）進行生物安全性評價。方法:1.選取8周齡SD（Sprague-Dawley）大鼠48只,隨機分為4組,每組12只。建立大鼠雙側顱骨5 mm直徑極限骨缺損模型,實驗組（A組）于缺損處置入SF/GO/Sim復合膜,對照組分別置入SF/GO復合膜（B組）、SF/Sim復合膜（C組）及SF膜（D組）。各組實驗動物一半于8周時處死,取顱骨標本行肉眼觀察,脫鈣后行Van-...
