激光法涂層并改善氧化鋯基底材料與飾面瓷結(jié)合性能的研究

目的:氧化鋯全瓷修復(fù)體在口腔修復(fù)領(lǐng)域具有廣泛應(yīng)用,然而氧化鋯基底材料與飾面瓷常常發(fā)生剝脫與崩瓷,導(dǎo)致修復(fù)失敗。因此,增強(qiáng)氧化鋯與飾面瓷間結(jié)合強(qiáng)度是提高氧化鋯全瓷修復(fù)體修復(fù)成功率的關(guān)鍵,F(xiàn)有研究已報(bào)道了幾種可以改善氧化鋯與飾面瓷材料間結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的方法,包括噴砂、磨削、酸蝕、精細(xì)刷涂等。然而,噴砂和研磨可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致氧化鋯從四方相向單斜相的相變,氧化鋯晶格結(jié)構(gòu)體積發(fā)生變化,導(dǎo)致氧化鋯晶體間出現(xiàn)缺陷。此外,陶瓷材料涂層不均勻和氧化鋯與飾面瓷接觸不緊密,也會(huì)導(dǎo)致結(jié)合強(qiáng)度下降。因此,本研究首次針對(duì)不同激光方法開展研究,探索激光方法是否可以提升飾面瓷材料在氧化鋯基底材料上的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度,并檢測表面和界面性質(zhì)(力學(xué)和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)性能)。本研究的目的是:1.探索將飾面瓷材料涂覆在氧化鋯表面的最佳激光方法,并檢測不同方法的有效性。2.確定界面性能最優(yōu)化的雙表面處理方法,并根據(jù)該方法選擇能夠涂覆氧化鋯基底材料的最佳飾面瓷材料。3.采用常規(guī)燒結(jié)法和激光照射法研究了氧化鋯表面涂層的微觀和力學(xué)性能。方法:本研究采用Zenostar?T氧化鋯作為基底材料,采用IPS e.max Ceram,VITA VM...
