隱蔽脈搏波潮波定位研究

【摘要】:中心動脈壓的臨床醫(yī)學(xué)意義雖大于傳統(tǒng)肱動脈和橈動脈血壓,但其推算方法一直以來受基于有創(chuàng)傷數(shù)據(jù)的通用轉(zhuǎn)換函數(shù)(General Transform Function,GTF)的建立和橈動脈脈搏波中隱蔽潮波位置的確定的約束。提出利用公開的有創(chuàng)傷中心動脈數(shù)據(jù)(麻省理工學(xué)院醫(yī)學(xué)院的MIMIC重癥監(jiān)護(hù)數(shù)據(jù),MIT MIMIC),通過傅里葉變換獲得GTF,根據(jù)中心動脈收縮壓數(shù)值,結(jié)合小波變換,反推脈搏波的隱蔽型潮波位置。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),橈動脈脈搏波經(jīng)小波sym4和haar變換后,其各自第3階差值波的最大值后的第6個過零點(diǎn)為隱蔽型潮波位置。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,利用所提方法獲得隱蔽型潮波位置的識別準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)到91.11%。
[Abstract]:Although the clinical medical significance of central artery pressure is greater than that of traditional brachial artery and radial artery blood pressure, its calculation method has been constrained by the establishment of general conversion function (General Transform Function,GTF based on traumatic data and the determination of hidden tidal wave position in radial artery pulse wave. In this paper, the open traumatic central artery data (MIMIC intensive care data, MIT MIMIC), of MIT Medical School) are used to obtain the hidden tidal wave position of pulse wave according to the systolic pressure value of central artery and wavelet transform by Fourier transform. It is found that after the pulse wave of radial artery is transformed by wavelet sym4 and haar, the sixth zero crossing point after the maximum value of the third order difference wave is the hidden tidal wave position. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of hidden tidal wave position is 91.11%.
