【摘要】：目的分析Cantrell五聯征的影像學及臨床特征。方法回顧性分析9例及1胎經手術或影像學確診的Cantrell五聯征影像學及臨床資料。結果 8例及1胎為完全型Cantrell五聯征,1例為不完全型Cantrell五聯征;右位心3例、左位心1例、中位心5例,1胎為胸外異位心;9例及1胎胸骨下段異常及膈肌前部缺損,1例膈面心包缺損,8例、1胎腹壁發(fā)育異常,9例及1胎復雜心臟畸形,其中右心室雙出口伴室間隔缺損常見,9例伴心室憩室。結論 Cantrell五聯征包括胸骨下端、膈肌、心包、腹壁及心臟先天性發(fā)育異常,CT或MRI有助于診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the imaging and clinical features of Cantrell five-link sign. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the radiographic and clinical data of 9 cases and 1 postoperative or radiographic diagnosis of Cantrell. Results 8 cases and 1 fetuses complete Cantrell five-link sign, and one case was incomplete type Cantrel pentagonal sign;3 cases of right center, 1 case of left center, 5 cases of median center, 1 fetuses as extrathoracic ectopic center;There were 9 cases with lower sternum abnormalities and anterior diaphragm defect, 1 diaphragmatic pericardial defect, 8 cases, 1 abnormal abdominal wall development, 9 cases and 1 complex cardiac malformations. Conclusion Cantrell's five-way sign includes hyposternum, phrenic muscle, pericardium, abdominal wall and congenital dysplasia. CT or MRI is helpful in diagnosis.
