樹(shù)脂粘結(jié)劑對(duì)放射線損傷牙釉質(zhì)粘結(jié)效果的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的:評(píng)價(jià)全酸蝕粘結(jié)系統(tǒng)(PB)和自酸蝕粘結(jié)系統(tǒng)(GB)對(duì)放射線損傷牙釉質(zhì)的粘結(jié)效果。方法:將20個(gè)新鮮完整的離體第三磨牙隨機(jī)分成4組(n=5)。P1、G1為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,分次完成總量為60 Gy的60Co照射;PR、GR為對(duì)照組,不作任何處理。照射完成后,PR、P1組用PB粘結(jié);GR、G1組用GB粘結(jié),然后用掃描電鏡及萬(wàn)能材料測(cè)試機(jī)分別對(duì)其粘結(jié)界面和微拉伸粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度(MBS)進(jìn)行分析和檢測(cè)。結(jié)果:牙釉質(zhì)MBS P1組低于PR組(P=0.00);G1組與GR組比較P0.05。兩種粘結(jié)系統(tǒng)間比較,牙釉質(zhì)MBS PR組高于GR組(P=0.00);P1與G1組比較,P0.05。掃描電鏡下,4組樣本的拉伸斷裂模式多為粘結(jié)界面和混合斷裂模式,各組間無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),PR組牙釉質(zhì)與粘結(jié)劑形成的混合層厚度均勻,而P1組混合層厚度不均勻,樹(shù)脂突結(jié)構(gòu)紊亂。G1組的混合層較GR組薄,僅少量樹(shù)脂突形成。結(jié)論:PB和GB對(duì)放射線損傷牙釉質(zhì)的MBS均降低,二者效果無(wú)明顯差別。
