【摘要】：隨著二代測序、質(zhì)譜分析、醫(yī)學(xué)影像等生物醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)爆炸性增長趨勢,其處理面臨數(shù)據(jù)量大、計(jì)算強(qiáng)度大、維度高等問題。云計(jì)算在資源分配、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、計(jì)算、共享等方面具有優(yōu)勢,能夠幫助解決生物醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)處理的相關(guān)問題。深入分析了云計(jì)算在生物醫(yī)學(xué)大數(shù)據(jù)處理方面的特點(diǎn),歸納總結(jié)了常見的生物云計(jì)算解決方案,對生物云計(jì)算的發(fā)展和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了展望。有望建立能夠整合多源生物醫(yī)學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的新型計(jì)算方法,以解決復(fù)雜的生物醫(yī)學(xué)問題。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of biomedical technology such as second generation sequencing, mass spectrometry analysis, medical imaging and so on, biomedical data show an explosive growth trend, and its processing is faced with the problems of large amount of data, high computational intensity, high dimension and so on. Cloud computing has advantages in resource allocation, data storage, computing, sharing and so on, which can help solve the related problems dealt with by big data in biomedicine. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of cloud computing in biomedical big data processing, sums up the common solutions of biological cloud computing, and looks forward to the development and challenges of biological cloud computing. It is expected to establish a new computing method which can integrate multi-source biomedical data to solve complex biomedical problems.
