新型假肢膝關(guān)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)與仿真研究

【摘要】:假肢膝關(guān)節(jié)是假肢最重要的結(jié)構(gòu),對假肢性能具有至關(guān)重要的影響。從仿生性角度出發(fā),提出一種新型假肢膝關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)。以踝關(guān)節(jié)軌跡作為步態(tài)評判標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動學(xué)模型。論述模型結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化原則、目標(biāo)函數(shù)以及約束條件,運(yùn)用LINGO軟件編程對模型中的尺寸參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。將優(yōu)化后的結(jié)構(gòu)模型運(yùn)用ADAMS進(jìn)行仿真分析,驗(yàn)證模型及優(yōu)化的正確性。仿真結(jié)果表明,運(yùn)用設(shè)計(jì)的新型假肢膝關(guān)節(jié)的假肢能夠較好地模擬正常人行走的踝關(guān)節(jié)軌跡,具有較好的行走步態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The artificial limb knee joint is the most important structure of the artificial limb, and has a vital effect on the performance of the artificial limb. A new type of artificial knee joint structure is proposed from the angle of bionics. The kinematics model of the mechanism is established with the ankle trajectory as the standard of the gait evaluation. The optimization principle, objective function and constraint condition of the model structure are discussed, and the dimension parameters in the model are optimized by using the LINGO software. The optimized structural model is simulated and analyzed by using ADAMS, and the correctness of the model and optimization is verified. The simulation results show that the artificial limb of the new type of artificial knee joint can better simulate the trajectory of the ankle joint of the normal person, and has better walking gait.
