納秒鈥激光碎石系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:為了提高結(jié)石碎石率和粉碎程度、減小碎石過程中副作用,采用電光調(diào)Q技術(shù),設(shè)計了高峰值功率輸出的納秒鈥激光碎石系統(tǒng)。從冷卻溫度、透過率、腔長等方面進(jìn)行了理論分析,在冷卻溫度22℃、重復(fù)頻率3Hz、抽運(yùn)能量200J的條件下進(jìn)行了實驗驗證,獲得了腔內(nèi)最大單脈沖能量443mJ、脈寬90ns激光輸出的數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可輸出高峰值功率的納秒鈥激光,碎石時間短,可粉碎任何成分的結(jié)石,一次碎石率高,粉碎程度高。這為下一步產(chǎn)業(yè)化打下了基礎(chǔ)。
