【摘要】：內(nèi)窺式漫射層析成像(EDOT)在內(nèi)部器官癌癥的早期診斷方面具有很大潛力,基于本課題組提出的有效探測區(qū)域(EDR)方法,發(fā)展了基于EDR的頻域EDOT系統(tǒng).首先,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)EDR測量模式并簡化測量系統(tǒng),研制了僅利用兩根光纖的旋轉(zhuǎn)探頭;其次,研制了頻域EDOT檢測系統(tǒng),發(fā)展了基于EDR的圖像重構(gòu)算法;最后,在固體仿體和管狀生物組織上進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證.固體仿體重構(gòu)結(jié)果表明:重構(gòu)異質(zhì)體的大小和位置均同固體仿體目標(biāo)相同,雙異質(zhì)體可被清晰分開,且吸收和約化散射系數(shù)的量化率(QR)分別可達(dá)到25%和20%以上;管狀生物組織的重構(gòu)結(jié)果表明,重構(gòu)異質(zhì)體的位置正確,且重構(gòu)出的吸收系數(shù)和約化散射系數(shù)的QR值分別可達(dá)到25.3%和18.7%.
[Abstract]:Endoscope diffuse tomography (EDOT) has great potential in early diagnosis of internal organ cancer. A frequency-domain EDOT system based on EDR is developed based on the effective region detection (EDR) method proposed by our team. Firstly, in order to realize the EDR measurement mode and simplify the measurement system, a rotating probe using only two optical fibers is developed. Secondly, the frequency-domain EDOT detection system is developed, and the image reconstruction algorithm based on EDR is developed. Finally, experiments were carried out on solid imitators and tubular tissues. The results show that the size and position of the reconstructed heterostructures are the same as the targets of the solid imitators, the double heterostructures can be clearly separated, and the quantization rates of absorption and reduced scattering coefficients can reach more than 25% and 20% respectively. The reconstruction results of tubular biological tissue show that the reconstructed heterogeneity is in the correct position, and the QR values of the reconstructed absorption coefficient and reduced scattering coefficient can reach 25.3% and 18.7%, respectively.
