【摘要】：目的觀察臨床常用的3種消毒方法對(duì)眼科檢查用角膜接觸鏡的消毒效果。方法選取眼科常見(jiàn)菌種:金黃色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、銅綠假單胞菌,分別采用0.05%泡騰消毒片制劑(二氯異氰尿酸鈉)、75%乙醇、氯霉素滴眼液對(duì)被以上細(xì)菌污染后的接觸鏡鏡面進(jìn)行消毒,并在擦拭消毒后立即、浸泡消毒后5 min及10 min后分別對(duì)鏡面采樣,行細(xì)菌培養(yǎng),比較3種消毒方法在不同消毒時(shí)間對(duì)常見(jiàn)細(xì)菌的消毒效果。結(jié)果 3種消毒方法均可有效減少檢查用接觸鏡上的細(xì)菌量,消毒效果與消毒時(shí)間正相關(guān);0.05%泡騰消毒片制劑和75%酒精浸泡消毒10 min均能徹底殺滅所觀察細(xì)菌,與氯霉素滴眼液比較,消毒效果差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。氯霉素滴眼液作用10 min不能徹底殺滅所觀察細(xì)菌。結(jié)論 0.05%泡騰消毒片制劑浸泡10 min是一種簡(jiǎn)便高效的眼科檢查用角膜接觸鏡消毒方法,而氯霉素滴眼液不能用于接觸鏡的消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the disinfection effect of three common disinfection methods on corneal contact lens for ophthalmic examination. Methods Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were selected as common ophthalmic bacteria. 0.05% effervescent disinfectant tablets (sodium dichloroisocyanurate) and 75% ethanol were used respectively. Chloramphenicol eye drops were used to disinfect the contact lens surface contaminated by the above bacteria. Immediately after cleaning and disinfecting, 5 min and 10 min after soaking and disinfecting, the lens surface was sampled, and the bacteria were cultured. To compare the disinfection effect of three disinfection methods on common bacteria at different disinfection time. Results all the three disinfection methods were effective in reducing the amount of bacteria on the contact lens, and the disinfection effect was positively correlated with the disinfection time. 0. 05% effervescent disinfectant tablets and 75% alcohol soaking for 10 min could completely kill the bacteria observed. Compared with chloramphenicol eye drops, the disinfection effect was significantly different (P0.01). Chloramphenicol eye drops could not completely kill the bacteria observed after 10 min contact. Conclusion immersion of 0.05% effervescent disinfectant for 10 min is a simple and effective method for corneal contact lens disinfection in ophthalmic examination, but chloramphenicol eye drops cannot be used for contact lens disinfection.
